Pecon's Employee Zone intends to serve the employees by granting them the facility to access select data and information, which can be accessed privately, even from their homes. The Employee Zone consists of five sections, viz. Message from Managing Director, Interview Corner, Events & Recognition, Employee Engagement Calender, HR Speaks.
In the Message from Managing Director section, Mr. M.K.Shah speaks about the journey of the company till date, about its achievements, the visions and goals of the company, and the new projects initiated.
The Interview section includes the one on one interviews with the BSC toppers, most promising freshers, and employees who have grown with the company.
The Events & Recognition section consists of snaps and photographs of the events, parties, picnics, and award ceremonies so far.
In the Employee Engagement Calender, we have the dates of the upcoming special events and parties, meant for recreation and recognizing special achievements.
And finally, in the HR speaks section we have the new developments in the company and the declared employee benefits.
