Ans. Its good to hear that you have given me a recognition. I have just done my job I believe that everybody should do it in this way and everybody should be in news.

Ans.1. Salary On Time
2. Good Incentive
3. Friendly Working Environment
4. Supportive TL,ATL & Supervisor


3. How do you plan your efforts?
Ans. 1. First you need to take care of your health so that You always be 100% fit to be regular in the office.
2. I always take some ideas from senior like GL, TL, ATL & Supervisor to cope up with any situation given to me.


4. How do you manage to attract the attention of your customers? Give four tips that will help your colleagues to perform better.
Ans. 1.The First impression is the last impression so the opening should be good(i.e. Greeting, Branding)
2.Educate the customer and try to be very polite
3.Try to create the need into customer
4.And never rude or sarcastic to the customer because they are the reason of all that we are getting…

Ans . great because this is my 1st job and I'm happy that I'm going good.

Ans. By managing time, generating revenue and by listening to the seniors and try hard to implement their suggestions

Ans.1.by providing time to the customers so they can feel free to ask any question

Ans: It is always good to this kind of feeling, very inspiring and encouraging.




2.What are the things that motivated you to give your best?
Ans: I love the word 'excellence' and that motivated me to give best in all endeavour and effort. Working with consciousness to do well and money is also a sale motivator. And lastly when you work on something it is very important to give all effort in order to achieve ultimate benefit.


3. How do you plan your efforts?
Ans: In order to achieve anything to the highest limit you need to have fundamentals and basic thing in your realm. I plan my efforts with two segmentation – dedication and determination. Dedication gives you in and out of the process and better understanding. It also allows you to learn and implement in proper way. Determination gives tremendous strength to cross all obstacles and difficulties on your path. So it gives me all strength to excel in proper way.


4. How do you manage to attract the attention of your customers? Give four tips that will help your colleagues to perform better.
Ans: The most important thing in order to attract customers is fluent communication with proper orientation.
i) Having the proper understanding of the entire process, in and out of process and with knowledge have self confidence about stuff which you are offering to the customer. Until and unless you are confident about this you won't be able to sell.
ii) Being empathy understanding customer's will as well. And building rapport with them.
iii) Sound communication helps you to interact with customer and that also provides you the opportunity to handle their queries and to sell them in proper way.
iv) Patience, especially in this process it requires ample of patience. Don't be in haste, haste is always harmful and patience pays back.
